HA is scum

When HA failed to include a remote controller for a music center as advertised, a customer service rep wrote me to contact the manufacturer because it has "more knowledge on how...to provide parts for the item." I pointed out to HA that I purchased the music center from HA as advertised, not the manufacturer, I did not receive a reply. HA has violated an implied contract between a customer and its delivery of a product as advertised. I am going to notify the Consumer Protection Agency of its contract violation and scummy business practices.

Misrepresented

You're selling a product that misrepresents itself. Their universal RCA remote won't control anything about the Firestick...It will turn on the Samsung and control volume. It's about what I expected..Bud

I have shopped Heartland America for many years and I have never been let down. Low prices are the norm, not the exception. Leather luggage bags for 19.99. Always a good deal on something practical and a high quality dependable product is always available.
