Excellent treatment Very Professional
I cant believe we haven't known about these 2 wonderful people.
Denise who treats me and came recommended is totally professional well trained and very knowledgeable regarding sport injuries and for that matter any matter in regard to problems you may have.
Unfortunately for me just before I was going to meet her for the first time ( 30 minutes before ) I pulled my back or should I say trapped my nerve in my back which resulted in me having a awful stabbing pain in my back which dropped to the floor.
So I managed to make the appointment and Denise was now faced with not only giving me a deep tissue massage but help me with what happened regarding my back.
2 weeks on and only 2 visits but the treatment and rehabilitation recommendation's was super I am now back doing 100 laps in the pool plus the exercises that Denise sent me , I am 69 December 2020 so considering your recovery rate is longer when you get older I am well pleased .
What the girls' charge is a absolute bargain for what you are receiving in relaxation and treatment plus useful information .
I would highly recommend Denise and Kate for either relaxation or sport injury treatments .
Kate is a Reiki Master so not only treat you she is qualified in teaching Reiki so you are in good hands excuse the pun.
