Updated Review 25/06/2026: After still getting many marketing emails and nothing back from their Data Protection Officer whatsoever nor customer care, I decided to phone their customer care department instead!

I got through to them and told the lady who answered about my situation and she asked for my postal address to locate my account. I explained I didn't have an account and that's the problem! I had signed up for a discount voucher and decided not to buy from them and so I didn't want their marketing emails but I couldn't unsubscribe because their annoying computer system algorithm kept asking for my account login that I don't have etc etc...!

The lady I spoke to got quite snarky saying "you must have an account because why would you be getting marketing emails" I gave her my postal address as requested and unsurprisingly to me she couldn't find an account but she did find my email address and said she has now deleted my email address! I got no apology though! They don't live up to the name 'care' in their department, it should truthfully be 'uncaring'!

Therefore, they still earn only one star from me!! Very poor in every way and I won't even consider buying from them and certainly will not recommend them!

I signed up to newsletter/marketing emails for a discount but they didn't stock what I needed, so I decided I don't want to buy from them and therefore I tried to unsubscribe from them but they don't make it easy!

Apparently you have to log into your account to do this, I do not have one and do not want one!

I sent customer services an emailed asking them to remove my data but I didn't receive an acknowledgement nor an email reply.

I have tried to unsubscribed via Gmail as well but they still keep getting through.

Be careful if signing up for discount codes from them!

I emailed their Data Protection Officer, but heard nothing!!

I have been getting supplements from Healthspan for years and had , until today three subscriptions. I phoned to report that supplements Hair and Nails looked strange , The tablets in the pack had a sort of coating appearing on them. I have many health allergies and thought these would be replaced without question. I was told that this happens to some packs
and were safe. I told the operative I couldn't risk this but he was no help whatsoever so I have now cancelled all my subscriptions, Really dreadful service to a loyal customer .

Healthspan is a very good company. Their products are class. Quick delivery and quality products.

Great timing of delivery. Quality products. My dog's and cats' vitamins and prebiotic products are good. The subscription price is reasonable.

Great customer service. Had a minor issue which was resolved quickly and easily using their customer service phone number. The lady was friendly and knowledgable, and her service has encouraged me to use them in the future.

Genuine product with genuine service. I feel the price is a bit higher, and the offers and coupons are not very relevant. The delivery experience is definitely good. I found the packaging to be of top quality.

I use the vegan plant sterols to aid my raised cholesterol being lowered. The tablets are a bit big but the torpedo shape does make them easier to swallow. Nit been able to check if they have worked yet as repeat blood test not due yet.

I swear by their CBD oil, their skincare products, hair oil, and I get my iron and vitamin D, recommended by my GP. Great company, I've been using them for years.
