Special shout out to Daniel Mallett - I've been really overwhelmed with setting up my PPR on Healthcode but he's been really clear and knowledgeable about it all and I no longer need to put off anything because he helped me whizz through everything on a quick Teams call. He is brilliant and a real asset to Healthcode...thanks Daniel, I really, really appreciate your time and patience :-D

Like others I would rate Healthcode is amongst the worst companies around. They simply operate a system akin to highwaymen in the past, whereby you are forced to use them and they overcharge you for using them in addition to forcing a subscription. Their interface is from the early days of the internet, complex, time consuming, illogical and confusing. Completely unethical.

Rose was patient, helped me log into PPR. the best interaction i have had with healthcode.

Terrible system

I recently had some problems uploading invoices to this site. The problems have been ongoing since November last year. I must say that on the numerous occasions that I have called Healthcode they have always been polite and have done their best to help me. This culminated in a call today with Kevraj Virdee who went out of his way to solve the last remaining problem. He was patient, efficient and polite. I cannot praise him highly enough. It was refreshing to deal with him and I only wish other customer experiences could be as positive.

Very helpful and easy to engage. Daniel was brilliant.

I took the Heathcode Lite training today. Ethan was very knowlegeable and patient with me especially so that I am not very computer savvy. He took all the time to explain and I am glad I did this, though very complicated, but I need time to get the hang of it. I hope I had more time as there is a lot to take on. I have been promised constant support and I hope I will be there some day to excel in doing what I am trained and supposed to do. Thank you Ethan.

Easily the worst system known to mankind. It is deliberately made difficult so practitioners struggle and lose money.
Insurer companies own this system, thus it is by design to be terrible.
If payments are ever made, you have to fight for them, It's always a practitioners fault for not getting paid, even if patients have issues on their end.

If you do ever have to deal with staff, they either don't reply to emails, or when they do they're rude.

Excellent, clear, helpful direct. V appreciated.

My PPR profile cannot be updated for a long time This affects my potential clients/patients work and of course my income .
The customer service is friendly but not effective .
The system/site is confusing and in practical life provider feels helpless and not supported.

I talked to Ms Shivani Sharma who was amazing, sorted my billing and guided me through the billing process

If anyone is thinking of integrating their physio diaries (I use TM3) with Healthcode's Veda clearing service - don't! The theory of it is wonderful but the reality is it is unbelievably complicated. 2 weeks in and hours of communications and there are still multiple error codes and not a single invoice has been sent from my system to Healthcode. Although Healthcode are great at picking up calls both them and TM3 expect you to know it all.

No product, no refund, no information! Many letters of “we will get back to you “ and nobody does.

Health Academy trainer Ethan was very helpful and knowledgeable also understanding that I was new to the system and was happy to wait for me to grasp wha he was teaching me. My only negative is that despite being advised that I'd receive notes to help me after the call on both occasions I'm still waiting for them

Useless website and useless customer service, it is an insult to be paying for this lack of service.
Also only works on a few search engines. Much less hassle to invoice insurers directly

It takes alot of effort to have a monoply on the market - perhaps if same effort can be put to improve the website it will be great ! I wish I can give zero stars !

I used to avoid telephoning Healthcode because of the generally hostile response, and they’ve improved greatly on that front. However, “insurer status” now seems to have disappeared, presumably behind a paywall.

I generally have very good experience with Healthcode. Cintia was quick and very helpful in resolving both of my problems. She also taught me a few things about using the system.

I am am trying to make a registry PPR. Their website is an absolute nightmare. It took nearly 10 hours. I spoke to customer w. They took all the error code. What on earth this website site is designed? Practically impossible

Totally over complicated unnecessary ..can’t submit invoices unless you pay subscription .Then they charge you a transaction fee to get paid by insurance companies who fix your rate which is very low and hasn’t been uplifted in years ..
It’s time consuming and the interface is awful ..Red tape for the sake of red tape ..it doesn’t simplify running your practice or billing at all.
I took them 4 month to sort out our PPR info too ..
