My counsellor was brilliant
My counsellor was very good, made me feel at ease when I was speaking to her. She never judged me but gave some very good coping tools. This lady has definitely changed my life, making me feel like my old self before my mental health problems. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you

Really helpful & rewarding service
Having been referred to the service via work due to being signed off for work stress, I found the therapy sessions really helpful in navigating my return to work. Would highly recommend anyone being offered the service to take it up.

Found calls to be more helpful than…
Found calls to be more helpful than live chats in general, if you are worried about something, calls actually sound human whereas live chat isn’t bad but sometimes you get responses that sound scripted. And I have to credit the lady who answered my call when I was in extreme guilt and distress. She was very kind and reassuring, no scripted responses whatsoever and I felt a huge burden was relieved off my shoulders.

Everything about my sessions was easy…
Everything about my sessions was easy to manage. HA were very quick to respond to my initial message, set up a relaxed but thorough initial assessment, they were able to link me to a neurodiversity experienced therapist, who was brilliant. The sessions were led by me, supported with a light and accurate touch from my therapist who sent me really useful worksheets and information sheets as we progressed. The whole experience has been professional, respectful and most importantly effective. At the end of my sessions when we did the evaluation questions again, my anxiety and mood scores had halved, and I have the confidence to continue working on the strategies we developed together.

It took a while to make that 1st call
It took me a while to finally make that first call. The hesitancy was understandable, but realise any concerns were entirely unfounded. I had a very positive experience, from the first call, right through to 4 in person sessions. They were local and I commenced sessions in 1 week from my first contact. I cannot rate the service and quality any higher. So helpful.
