Not so good this time. I ordered once before and had no problem. I do like the product but am having a hard time finding time to use it consistently. There was an issue with my email as I was checking out. I corrected it, & finished the transaction knowing I had almost double the amount on my card. But because of the error, you put a hold on my card, and resubmitted the order, which caused the transaction to be declined. I was $1 and change short. I contacted my card company & by that time you must have removed the hold. I reached out by email, got a fast response that I would be contacted within 24 hours. So you can add 1 more ⭐️ for customer service. Thank you.

We’re sorry the checkout process caused confusion. When a payment attempt is interrupted or needs to be resubmitted, the bank may temporarily place an authorization hold on the card. This isn’t a completed charge, and once the payment attempt is declined or released, the hold is normally removed automatically by the bank.

I found out that this "spa" is a joke
I found out that this "spa" is a joke, the array ter does not get emerged, the spikes on the bottom hurt my feet. I have Morton's Neuroma, even putting down a cloth still hurts my feet. Please send me return address or return label for a full refund. I can't use this product. Thank you Ms.Taylor
