They are very very poor at customer service
They like selling, great! for them, but wait until something goes wrong. They are very very poor at customer service. Soon as you say you have an issue they don't respond until you keep repeatedly contacting them. Then they say it's you and you should get it professionally installed. Mine was, the equipment was faulty and still is. For weeks I've been trying to get them to communicate and sort out a replacement, eventually, you will get a very vague answer, not a solution that requires you to reply, and then they don't reply for weeks, then make excuses and avoid answering the question once again. Then you will just get, "return it".
I was told, that once they receive the return it's one-day turnaround to look at it, mine took over three weeks before I got it back, they said they replaced the hard drive, (if there was one at all) still not working properly.
I would seriously avoid this company, they are not professional.
They are in it just to sell and don't care about their customer's aftersales.
