Totally unprofessional and unreliable. They gave me an appointment to repair the tv aerial in Cambridge on the Saturday in between 1-4 pm. I wasted all the afternoon , 4 pm and still no show, I chased them up again to be told at 4.30 pm that the engineer was not coming. Shockingly unacceptable behaviour and level of service.
