I was employed by the Australian branch…
I was employed by the Australian branch of this enormous company. My experience was initially quite positive, however a junior entry-level female employee decided to marshal her relationship with the host company's management to level a vexatious attack on myself: we had been working on an internal project for Chevron (Aust). Suffice it to say the HCL HR people accepted everything this young lady claimed, despite my having an excellent record with our HCL line management, and rebutting her claims. The HR dept is very weak & dei focused, 'Woke' in the extreme. A poor experience, an unethical company.
Nice contact and onboarding process…
Nice contact and onboarding process regarding temporary 2 month project in Frankfurt :-)
Always helpful via Whatsapp if something needs clearance.
Run away from the toxic organisation
Poor management, no communication, toxic values, no respect for contracts or customers, even not paying full renumeration for months.
Very bad experience with them
Fraudulent Cluster Manager
Fraudulent Cluster Manager, taking care just about high fluctuance level. It was very negative experience, and I am sure, I will never accept their eventual demand to backfill someone. Enjoy!
In my opionion this is a terrible…
In my opionion this is a terrible company!! I have never written a review on a company! We were acquired by an Insurance company in March of 2023. We were put in a hard situation take the bonus or lose our jobs. A lot of us took the jobs believing we were secure. In July they just dumped the entire department with the exception of a few to help train overseas. I looked on Warn site and it wasnt even there to indicate we were being let go. I believe they lied to keep us on. They used people from other companies to rope us in. They informed us in the middle of the month our job would be ending only had 2 weeks to use all of my benefits. This is just my 2 pennies to add to the pot. All of this is my experience from my viewpoint. I believe they let us go because we were making too much for their standards.
Really badly organized company
Really badly organized company. Salaries are criminal low and they are not in habit of talking about improving conditions. HR department is totally uninterested and unprofessional. Sometimes i had to wait days for an answer.
However, they have a good side and because of that my rating for them is not 1 star. It is opportunity to work always with the new hardware and software. Because of that you are able to learn new things and technologies.
HCL Polska
HCL Polska, especially the Krakow site, is not a serious employer. Unfortunately, this applies to the entire company. From ultra right-wing radical fascist Badera worshipping employees, to the project management who have no idea of the work in the project itself, the HR department whose understanding of Polish law is only undercut by their lack of insight and logic, to the sexist management of the company in India (definite preference for the female gender - best example: circular mail for Women's Day, but none for that of the man).
Poor health insurance package (Luxmed), PPK notices (several times) are ignored, poor and irregular pay, high dismissal rate (direct result of mismanagement by project manager and HR), very low quality in terms of work done (business partners of HCL opt for another company, there are massive layoffs).
If you have what it takes and a good head on your shoulders, this "employer" is to be avoided.
Their HR is very unprofessional.
HCL is a very unethical company
HCL is a very unethical company. The top management treats you like a slave, using you for working on a client project, and for interviewing candidates for HCL without any pay for the extra hours. There is no appreciation for your work even though you won accolades for your work from the client, treating you like a money making machine. The management engages in unethical business practices by teaming up with the approved HCL vendors and cheating the contractors. Also, they make false promises (like processing green card immediately) to haste you in to the hiring process of HCL employee. After you sign all the documents, the immigration team let's you know the realities. I experienced it and fell in to trouble with my employer. Utterly disgusting company to work for, never going to accept any contract/employment from these losers.

Avoid HCL, Cadent Gas and Hirexa Solutions
Avoid at all costs. Hirexa advertises itself as providing solutions to healthcare, so much for "healthcare". The entire experience was nothing but a nightmare and I just had the most shocking and negative experience ever. Nithin Reddy from Hirexa Solutions to be avoid at all costs with regards to a service desk analyst role at HCL.
The interview scheduled did not include a Microsoft teams link. Never heard back, then the second time around they don't appear for the interview when I contacted them again and he was saying they were too busy with Diwali celebrations ?
I don't recommend working at Cadent, HCL or Hirexa. I had the most awful interview experience at Cadent. They have several other negative reviews online. I applied on LinkedIn as I did with the other jobs which people have asked. It was through Hirexa Solutions and Cadent use HCL for their service desk support. Interviewer appeared to be more concerned about Cadent Vans driving on the road which was quite baffling and bizarre taking into consideration this was an interview for an IT role. Unfortunately the interviewers were unprofessional and came across as extremely unfair and I am not sure what was funny. His colleague Tahir Azad was also inclined to be worried about petty things which I have had similar experiences in the past at interviews. I believe they do such things in order to avoid giving jobs to people.
You represent your company and I'm afraid after this experience I would not recommend Cadent, HCL and Hirexa, and judging by your other several negative reviews, I am extremely concerned about this company and I urge everyone to be wary in any regard when dealing with them. I would not recommend at all.
Company lacks diversity.
A sour promise is what I would call HCL, it's a good company to work for on paper but in reality, it's quite a shallow experience. The company is Indian multinational information technology services and consulting company, I have to state that they're Indian because a lot of their values are based around their culture and if you're not a part of that then you're an outsider. This was very evident from the start. I was definitely treated differently due to my skin colour, and that made my life a bit horrible while working there for 14 months. I expected a professional environment but what I got was a school playground. The problem isn't even at the bottom, management and higher up positions treat you the same.

Incompetent management
Unreliable unethical employer
Pay is very convoluted process. No respect for you and will cancel you contract in 5 hour notice on a Monday after they have you work a 24 hour weekend. Took 5 weeks to get last paycheck. They assumed tech support for PepsiCo and is a dismal failure 7 months later. I would challenge anyone, contact your local Pepsi or Quaker facility and ask how they feel about their computer support now and its cost to the local sites.
