Do not rent the apartment at Humboldtstrasse 132, 4th floor, in Nuremberg! The landlord, Helmut Lederer, stole our entire 2-month deposit. It’s been over a year since we moved out, and he has refused to return the money, give any explanation, or even respond to dozens of emails and phone calls. The apartment was left in excellent condition. There was no damage, no justification – just silence.

We went through HC24, who initially claimed they had worked with this landlord without any problems. At first, they tried to help, but after a few failed attempts, they gave up completely and left us alone to deal with a landlord who clearly has no intention of doing the right thing.

This is theft, plain and simple without any justification.

Lena and her assistant were great. Very professional and took the time to explain everything to me in the rental agreement. I highly recommend Lena and HC24 if you are looking for an apartment in the Wiesbaden area.

I had a wonderful experience using HC24 to find my apartment. The listing was exactly as shown on their website, which made the whole process much smoother. Madeleine Schmitt was incredibly helpful throughout the entire journey. She was very supportive, responsive, and quickly addressed all of our needs and concerns. I truly appreciate her assistance in making the process so seamless!

I contacted HC24 in Wiesbaden about an apartment, and they informed me it was a bit too early to secure something with one of their landlords. The demand was extremely high at that time and nothing was available. But they got back in touch with me a month later and informed me that they had a few properties within my budget, and I quickly took one of them.

The first place I rented was not very good, but it was not because of HC24 or the landlord. It was because of my disability. It was my fault because I didn't go to view the property in advance. Both the landlord and the HC24 agents were supportive, and I received a return of my full deposit within a matter of weeks after completing the contract and moving out.

I found a better apartment for my needs on the HC24 Wiesbaden site and moved in almost immediately. I've been here since, and I am extremely grateful. The landlady is wonderful, and the HC24 agents continue to be professional and supportive. Truthfully, I would not have been able to even stay in Germany and complete my doctoral dissertation if it weren't for this agency.

I rented a room in a shared apartment in August 2022. The room was advertised as having an area of 15m2. However, when I arrived, I measured the room and found it to be only 10m2. I contacted HC24, but they didn't respond and transferred all the responsibility to the landlord. At some point, the landlord even threatened to cancel the contract. HC24 did nothing about it.
