Bought a sofa and chair in January 2024 and paid in full. Initially the order was supposed to arrive in February, but was actually delivered in March. The sofa's legs were chipped, and after multiple phone calls and extensive holds, I was told a replacement sofa would ship in May, then June, July, September, October and now December. Most times they haven't even notified me that the exchange won't take place, so I end up wasting countless hours on the phone to organize the next delivery. The customer service team has both cancelled my order and offered compensation for all the inconvenience and lost work time. I have yet to receive the compensation and still not sure if they will finally deliver my order in December. It feels like they have used my money all this year and shamelessly hide the true issues behind all the delays.
