I wish I could give them negative

I wish I could give them negative! I moved into one of their properties a week ago, since then water heater started leaking. Contacting them is a nightmare. Did they fix it? Nooooo. I have to sue them as they gave me a property without minimum requirements. No water, dirty house. If you are looking for a house, don’t waste your money and time and save your life, try another company.

Hazel Valley Homes is the absolute worst…

Hazel Valley Homes is the absolute worse leasing company ever. Their customer service is pretty much nonexistent. I’ve called and left a message, emailed and put a messsgd on the portal and not a response to any of these. It’s sad you can never talk to a real person. I regret that they are handling our lease now.

This is by the the worst company ever! Stay far away

This is by the the worst company ever. They bought out my old leasing company and ever since it has been a nightmare. They send unqualified maintenance people, they do not respond to any emails or calls and once they finally do they give you the run around with no solutions. The maintenance man left here with my water running and now it can't turn off but it wasn't running when he got here. He said he was going to have to get someone else out to fix it in a day or two. I wasn't home when this happened so I had come home to running water in my children's upstairs bathroom! How is it even okay to think that was an option?

This is by far the worst rental company…

This is by far the worst rental company I've rent from in my life. They Used to be Deca, but they recently change to Hazel Vally Homes because DECA was trouble too. They are not Station in STL so good luck with commutation we played phone tag with these ppl for a month. They used outside services to do the work for them. Like Thumbnail or Lulua. Which hires random unprofessional contractors who may or may not do the job correctly. We have no occupancy permit for over a year. We pay rental insurance which is a fake. I put a claim in & no one that works for Hazel knows then name of the insurance company, how to get in contact to check on my claim. all these ppl know is your late on rent & after the 5th they automatically summons you for evictions. They Claim everything is automatically so the cant stop the summons. In all just don't rent from this people. They're using loopholes to run these company. & Missouri is a state that allows slum lords like these to get away with accountably.

No1 Worst Maintenance Company In The UK

Such an atrocious company that is bad from top to bottom. If you manage to speak to anyone in the office you will find they are rude, curt and completely unhelpful. It’s no surprise they have to keep changing their name to avoid all the bad reviews all over the internet. They have since changed the name from Anthem to Gem

They’ve lost my payment of £900….

I have been putting up with Hazelvine for nearly 5 years now and to say they are incompetent is a HUGE understatement.

My latest payment of close to £900 paid at the start of September has miraculously vanished into thin air… When I call to chase its whereabouts I get told to email over confirmation and proof of payment….

Once I have emailed over confirmation they go completely silent and am still yet to hear anything back despite sending 5x chase emails to my original. It is now November and I still have no idea where my money has gone.

The complete lack of communication regarding a pretty substantial amount of money has led to health complications due to stress.

If you can… Avoid ever having to deal with Hazelvine, Anthem, AllSquare.

The day I sell my flat and never have to deal with them again is a day I look forward to very fondly.

Could anyone on this page release the complaint link as they should go to court.
One more question to the legal authorities

🤡Incompetent managers who cannot manage 🤡

This company has changed their name yet again! They change their company name religiously to try and shake of the bad reviews they receive from providing an absolutely disgraceful service. They are now calling their selfs “Anthem Management” same company same useless managers in their offices providing the same useless service.

No reply to emails, letters or phone calls

Daylight Robbery

Anthem Management recently did a rebranding from Hazelvine which I assume was because of their bad reputation. In their introduction, Anthem stated they were moving to a region-based way of working to improve service. I regret to say nothing has changed and Anthem provided the same dismal 'service' that Hazelvine did. Fees are high and they appear to be a law to themselves to charge whatever they want. Turn over of staff is high and we end up with a new property manager often. This means there really is no management of the property and when something is done it is bodged in the same way as the previous property manager (as there likely wasn't any handover). This in turn adds costs to leaseholders bills. We have had some serious safety concerns at my block and Anthem have done absolutely nothing about it. Very disappointing. I decided they have had enough of my money and am following their complaint process by the book. Unfortunately they didn't follow (or even reply) their complaints process so have had to escalate further. I have no faith that this will have any success so am exploring other options.

The other reviews speak for themselves.

The worst company… nothing is done

The worst company… nothing is done, poor comms, never reply and don’t deal with H&S matters. Wish they could be sacked. Hope the govt make changes to scrap ‘management companies’. PS: now changed to “anthemmanagement.co.uk”

Possibly the worst company I've ever dealt with

I'm a director of our Residents Association and have the misfortune to have this company as our managing agents. I have been trying, unsuccessfully, for several months to get our service charge invoices issued but even this is beyond them. I was told today that "they are aware of a backlog and the Head of Finance is putting extra staff on it". They can't tell me if our end of year accounts have been submitted to Companies House and have asked me if I know who they were instructing to do a safety check on the stairs in the blocks of flats! Instead of hanging on the phone for 20 minutes at a time, maybe I need to spend the time looking for new managing agents.

We've dealt with 100s of management…

We've dealt with 100s of management companies but this one would be far ahead of the worst.
Over the last 5 years, this company has been nothing but a living nightmare.

No words can describe the experience

In simple terms. We're taking them to court.

If you're buying a property and hazelvine is on the list as a management company, run as far as you can or else your going to go through hell with them. Even a legal firm confirmed they're absolutely utter ridiculous and should be ashamed of even operating.

Please bear in mind, hazelvine, anthem management and allsquare law is all the same company.
(their useless legal department who never responds unless our solicitor is sending them a letter, even then takes them forever to legally respond)

They had to change their name, no wonder due to such terrible reviews and reputation being ruined.

They deserve to be shut!

Despicable Rogues

They seem to thrive on not receiving payments on time in order to pass the matter to Allsquare Law who coincidently have the same registered office address!!!!
This is a long story,so will keep it short.
They did not send me an invoice by post nor email re £165 ground.
Didn't answer the phone to hear my queery nor emails sent.Soon after, received letters from Allsquare. They also didn't answer the phone nor emails.
They've now sent me a County Court judgement that my solicitor says I have to pay for over £1000.
They don't have their bank details on the notice so I tried ringing and guess what?????????
Emailed them and will probably now receive a reply as it's about money going in to their coffers!!
I really hope this group of cowboys get their cumeuppance soon and are exposed publically for what they are.

Avoid at all cost

AllSquare Law, Qdime group, Hazelvine, Acent Investments or whatever other name they may be using, they're the same company. Do not get involved with them! Terrible customer service, passing emails from one person to another saying it's not their responsibility, promising that someone will be in touch but nobody can be bothered, after 5 months still haven't got my security deposit back for a rental unit that has been returned in excelent condition, nobody cares. Rubbish company (or group of companies working under the same umbrella), whatever their status, avoid the hassle.
