From start to finish a great service and quick ! The fitters were very respectful of the property and even hoovered up when finished!
We had a carpet fitted and the finish was poor quality. The fitters seemed like they wanted to be anywhere else but doing the job and left damage we had to repair.
We had specifications for the type of carpet we needed and we are now finding out a few weeks later that the carpet we purchased was not suitable for our needs. Whilst the onus maybe on us to some degree as the purchasers to make the choice, we were expecting Hazell, as flooring experts, to advise what would and would not be suitable.
Instead we're left with a carpet which we suspect won't last very long and will end up being a waste of money.
Certainly won't be using them again.
