Super helpful team at Sittingbourne
Chris and the team are always really helpful and extremely knowledgeable, we have booked several trips with the sittingbourne branch now. We had our recent Holiday cancelled due to current travel concerns. Chris and the team helped us arranged alternative plans at short notice and we still had an amazing time away.

Nothing was too much trouble for Amber who booked our holiday. She checked dates to see if there were any promotions offered which we really appreciated. She was patient and didn’t rush us when we were making up our minds over choices so we felt supported not pressured which was very pleasant. We will return to Amber and we trust her advice. She is helping us every step of the way .

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really friendly, helpful service – great experience
We booked our holiday through Hays Travel. The Forum and honestly had such a good experience.
My girlfriend was walking past and spotted a deal in the window for the exact week we’re both on leave (it’s her birthday week), so we thought we’d pop in and ask about it. The lady who helped us was lovely – really easy to talk to and genuinely helpful, not pushy at all.
She found us a self-catering place in Kefalonia for May at a great price and then even tried adding a discount code, even though she wasn’t sure it would work. It actually knocked £100 off, which was a nice surprise!
The whole thing just felt simple and stress-free. We got exactly what we wanted and left feeling really excited about the trip.
Would definitely book with them again and would happily recommend them to anyone planning a holiday.
