We were able to discuss what we were looking for which resulted in us walking away having booked a 14 day cruise. Our clerk was very clear and concise, knew what to look for even amended our address on our P&O account.
The staff at Hays are always friendly and extremely helpful and knowledgeable which is why we continue to use them rather than booking online.

Helen was friendly, helpful and professional and she quickly managed to book the flights and hotel that we wanted at a reasonable price!
