We have had help from Lauren, Caroline and Chloe to plan our one big holiday to Northern Ireland this year, which we eventually booked with Chloe on Saturday. Excellent service as always!

When the holiday I had decided on fell through (problems with my availability) she found a great alternative. I had to bring my dog on the second visit and the rest of the team made him feel so welcome, he tries to drag me in there whenever we pass the door! Professional and friendly

We were greeted cheerfully. We had an initial discussion about what we thought we would like and what we wouldn't like, then explored the possibilities available to us. We were never made to feel foolish in our questioning being treated with curtesy and consideration throughout. We shall certainly visit the Ripon office agin.
