What a pleasure- no more struggling with numerous tabs open. A super friendly, knowledgeable and professional member of staff listened to exactly what I wanted. She sorted flight times, location requirements etc tailored to my specific needs. Never again will I try and do it all myself, this experience was a breath of fresh air!

I completely understand your concerns regarding Signal and appreciate you explaining that you found it stressful. I also understand why you felt uneasy providing your card details for them to be entered manually, particularly as we did not have a Chip and PIN machine available at the time.
