Hays Travel - Preston Reviews 

My mum which has heart failure wanted for us to go in holiday so we booked it thru Hays Travel ,I trusted them so much and im badly dissapointed .I paid 2500 pounds ,I asked for a familly room big with balcony which I paid and the hotel showed me that was only a standard room ,they gaved the wrong information that is all inclusive ,when I got here I found out not evrething is all inclusive .The hotel wasn't up to the description ....I had here some issues and the gentleman on the phone was very rude and unhelpfull...even though I semt them lots of evidence ,video they were careless, even the hotel told me that I paid way to much and we been ripped off ....in one word DISGUSTING ,very unhelpful. Also I would like to add that Cameron was very rude and unkind with me ,lied that I sweared when I recorded all the conversations ...I paid so he should of let me talk as I rang on my own money ..he was keep talking over me ,when he seen all the evidence I sent he was like so what .Easyjet helped me alot ,they are great ,caring and respectful.I also suffer from anxiety and depression and when im upset or distressed I cant breath I feel that im suffocating he said I was shouting no I wasn't, I was begging him to help me and he put the phone down .I will come to the branch to do a formal complaint but I want nothing to do with Cameron ,I no longer want to discusse anything with him as he humiliated me ,was careless and you cannot do that to your customers .Im a technician in Tourism aswell and I work in customer service for 15 years ....im very sad to be treated like that on my own money .😥😥😥

As usual Josie from Hay's travel couldn't do enough for us whilst booking our holiday at the beginning of March. My wife and I have never experience a negative attitude when dealing with the staff at Hay's in St Georges centre hence the reason we always book our holidays through them. They all deserve some token of gratitude from the firm.

Great experience once again from the staff so so helpful and explained everything down to the last detail. Aidan was amazing 🌟

Steph and the team have given myself fantastic service yet again.This is the third trip they have planned for me and it has been fantastic service as always.

Nathan very attentive to our needs and requirements and checked every hotel out for us , taking so much time but did a brilliant job. Wouldn't book anywhere else or with anyone else now after that experience.

Was very easy we knew what we wanted and they looked at other places but priced matched the holiday we saw online which was great

It was an off chance drop into the shop to make an inquiry. The young lady was super helpful and so polite. She was efficient and very helpful. The inquiry was well answered which ended with us making a booking for our first cruise holiday. So everybody was happy. Nice start to the day.
