Sophie was friendly and helpful and sorted out my holiday to my satisfaction, however she spoke too quickly, not always facing me so I had to keep asking her to repeat things, this was embarrassing. I explained I wore hearing aids, this amplifies all noises in the room.
My advice to her slow down, speak clearly and face the customer.

Easy booking … Hays did all the legwork!!
