Martin made our first cruise experience feel stress free, from booking our holiday back in Oct 2025, all the way up to coming home this weekend. He advised us on the type of cabin that would be best for us to book for our honeymoon cruise based on my ability and found us an accessible balcony cabin to our dream destination on the MSC Virtuosa. Martin is so knowledgeable about cruising as a disabled person, you can tell how passionate he is in helping others explore the world. He checked in with us via email regularly, advised us of rentable equipment we could hire for our cruise and sent us an amazing package containing all our documents and other Cruiseability goodies to use on the cruise. found Martin on his Facebook page, sent him a message, he responded with a message asking us to fill in a form so he would have an idea what we was looking for , Martin came back to us having found a cruise with accessible cabin, we responded saying please send more details , we then spoke on the phone and asked to book the cruise , our cruise is now booked and depoist paid, since making the booking I phoned and left a message, Martin responded very quickly.

CruiseAbility recommended for accessible cruises
We've just booked a Mediterranean cruise through CruiseAbility/Hays Travel, and I have to say Martin Wylie was brilliant.
I have mobility issues, and have never been on a cruise before. Martin listened carefully to our requirements, and came back to us very quickly with a fab looking cruise on the Sky Princess. After securing an accessible cabin, he guided us through the booking process with Hays, and then helped us navigate the travel insurance and health screening. Nothing was too much trouble.
If you have a disability and want to book a cruise, then I would definitely recommend contacting Martin.
