We found Hays very obliging. Whilst we knew the type of holiday we wanted, Joe went about to find the best deal and he has arranged assisted travel for us with TUI

I have not used a travel agent in Years and years .However Hays in Leami gton Spa was reccomended to me and i have to say brillianrt .
The shoo was pleasant and caln clean and nicr smelling .The staff dressed smartly and with lovely expressions on their faces .
Everytime that either we rang or went in always the same ......nothing is tto much trouble .
I am now a convert back to The travel Agent but it has to be Hays
