Hays took the stress off me when booking instore
I was greeted by Chantelle one of Hays Travel advisors as soon as I walked through the shop door. I went in with the knowledge of what I wanted (I'd been looking at many different options online). Chantelle made easy work of the booking process, something that stresses me out... definitely worth going instore for!

We knew what we wanted and where to go
We knew what we wanted and where to go, and the assistant was professional and did not rush us as we had to try and book in sequence with another party whom we are going with who are from Ireland. All went smoothly and all booked on the same cruise now.
