Kate is an absolute star a true professional , she tirelessly worked with me to find my family the perfect holiday, friendly helpful communication whenever I contacted her,even on her days off. I swapped, changed and adjusted numerous times, to the point where I thought Kate would be at the end of her tether ( I would have been fuming) but bless her she soldiered on and came up with the goods. Can’t recommend Kate Platts highly enough

Fantastic Holiday – Huge Thanks to Kate at Hays Travel!

Just got back from a 7-night stay at Titanic Deluxe Lara with my 21-year-old son and 9-year-old daughter – and it was absolutely incredible from start to finish. A massive thank you to Kate at Hays Travel, who made it all happen!

Kate was amazing throughout the whole booking process – friendly, helpful, and genuinely lovely to deal with. She found us the best deal and took care of everything so I didn’t have to stress. She really listened to what we were looking for and absolutely nailed it!

The hotel itself was stunning – the staff, the food, the entertainment, all spot on. I had no idea there was an open-air theatre when we booked, and it completely blew us away. There are loads of places to eat, swim, relax, or party – something for everyone. The whole place just had such a brilliant vibe, perfect for both families and couples.

Honestly, not a single negative. We made amazing memories and I’m already planning to go back. I wouldn’t book with anyone else now – thanks again, Kate!

Kate has booked many holidays for me now, always getting me the best price, giving me recommendations on the best places to go and always finding me the best flights. I don’t have to ask Kate to do anything for me as it is all done before I have to! If I have any questions Kate is always on the other end of the phone to answer, even whilst I’m away!

Kate platts was very attentive, easy to deal with and efficient. Booked our holiday including disabled assistance in a timely manner. Kate had booked us two holiday already this month.
