Well what can I say, Halesowen Hays Travel is fantastic. We went in for brochures and came out over an hour later with our holiday booked for next year. Emma was brilliant she made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Time was not an issue she was happy to help us find the right holiday. The staff in Halesowen are so friendly and cannot do enough for you. I much prefer the personal touch of booking through the store than trolling through the internet as you can ask more questions to staff than you can a robot. I won't go anywhere else.

I can't recommend Hays Travel Halesowen enough! We were made to feel really welcome in store. The team were incredibly friendly, professional and genuinely took the time to listen to exactly what we were looking for, we dealt with Emma-Fab, Nothing was too much trouble. They searched through lots of different options to find us the perfect holiday, making sure it suited both our budget and everything we wanted. Even help entertain my daughter so she didn't get too bored, completely stress-free.
