Nearly never went.
Booked holiday with Terri who was professional throughout. 3 days later my friend had to cancel so it was just me going was extremely worried about not being able to afford this, but Terri found me another holiday same destination but for a 'Single Superior' room which was a lot cheaper, there was a little set too with Tui re the flights, as i had upgraded to 'business class' but once again Terri was spot on and resolved this, as i was going to cancel the whole thing. I look forward to booking my next holiday.

The staff were very helpful over the arranging the flights, finding an airport and days when it was possible to fly direct, They also suggested asking for airport assitance as I have a mobility problem.

Happy with service
Friendly, confident, down to earth assistant who took control of all my worries regarding booking a holiday abroad. I felt that she knew exactly what my requirements are and worked hard in order to get what I wanted. She did not go over budget which was a big worry of mine and explained everything in detail. Very happy with the service so far.
