Jess was marvellous as per normal. Printed my tickets for Mays holiday, checked passport details on the 3 holidays we have booked for this year and booked a new holiday for next year. Friendly, professional. Nothing is ever too much trouble 😊

Great, easy and straightforward booking process. We told Tilly when and roughly the area in Benidorm where we wanted to stay. In just a few minutes and just the 2nd Hotel she found us is a great hotel and in a perfect central location.

First time getting travel money on-line am and ended up with a credit card charge.

This is my first time ordering money in 15 years as I have not been able to afford to go away.

I ordered the money and nowhere on the website when buying travel money does it mention or give a warning that if buying money from a credit card that there may be an extra charge from the credit card company.

Surely when people enter their details it will be flagged up that the credit is not a debit card and can bring another window up to remind someone incase they are using the wrong card by accident.

If there had of been a warning I would have used my debit card. This seems a bit underhanded for a large travel exchange company not to give a gentle reminder when enters card details

All the staff in the Ellesmere port branch were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They could answer all our questions about different holidays so we booked a cruise on the spot. Thank you so much for helping us book our honeymoon we were really stuck on what to do.

As I've been quite poorly for many months it was very inspirational visit to the Ellesmere Port Branch of the company,as always very welcoming.
Katrina took my booking,and went through everything with me.

We recently booked a city break to Seville at the Ellesmere Port branch. On arrival we received a lovely welcome from Kat and Jess and we were made to feel very welcome. After explaining our requested break Kat took us through the options very professionally until we decided on the hotel, flights and price that were right for us. Everything was explained clearly with support from Jess when required.
