But I must add that the chairs the client uses to sit during booking are v v uncomfortable! Booking is always time consuming and chairs are important!

Tina was amazing. She was knowledgeable, understanding and patient. She took the stress out of booking. The cost was slightly more than if we had booked independently but booking with Tina at Hays has given us full protection and someone to help us if things don’t go according to plan. We had two meetings with Tina at Eastbourne. My original enquiry about our trip was with Debbie, but she wasn’t in. Tina was so thorough and explained every detail. We were so impressed. She did most of the booking that day, but we hadn’t brought our passports along so came back the next day to finalise details and I wanted to change the Hotel booking in New York. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We can’t praise her enough for her help which to us was quite a complicated booking. Well done Tina, you’re a star! Sue & John Johnston.
