Hays Travel - Colchester Reviews 

Went in for help for a cruise it was booked online has a xmas present for myself and my partner im not a computer person all my cruises have always gone through hays travel as have the travel insurance been purchased there ! I asked for help to complete my on board info on my phone and was told that because I didn't book cruise through hays travel they wouldn't help me .. I have purchased £1000's of pounds worth of cruises through colchester travel agents and dispointed dont even cover how i felt when I left your branch .

Olivia was very helpful. She was able to find the answers to the questions that we posed and emailed the responses. Very efficient.

I cannot praise Hays travel in Colchester highly enough. The staff bend over backwards to help you get the holiday you want, especially Emma who always helps me and my friend to get what we need (as I am disabled) for our holiday.

Emma, the manager, was very knowledgeable and provided a great service and got me a great deal for a weekend trip to Poland at a great price. She also helped by booking us the excursions we wanted to do, making things much easier than trying to book while there. Thanks for a great overall booking experience

Worst holiday abroad ever and all they can say is not are fulity didn’t take in any consideration of hills or nothing so it is your fault if u done your job properly and listen to the customer and not Christmas’s is just an disappointment as well they can get anything right at all don’t bother booking with them unless you want your holiday ruin or Christmas as well now have to wait for a refund as well all they can say not are fulity

I went in to the Colchester branch mainly for information about a trip but ended up booking because Chloe gave us all the information we needed on flights and hotels and made it so easy to book, so we did.

When I went into find a last minute holiday the young man who served me was wonderful. He took so much time helping me choose the right location and Hotel. He gave good advice and recommendation of the Ibostar here in Madia Tunisia. He was absolutely right. A beautiful hotel with excellent customer service. We have had a wonderful holiday thanks to him, sorry can't remember his name, I think is was Lee.
