Best travel shop.
Claire was fantastic sorting our river cruise out with professional advice.
Ocean was excellent in sorting our holiday for our 50th anniversary for next year. With all the other staff they were very helpful and welcoming.
I think all the shops should have a coffee machine and soft drinks.

Hays cannon Park Coventry dream team
Just been into the branch, completely overwhelmed after looking online. Sat down with the lovely Claire who guided me through all of my needs in regards to a holiday and then Pam helped also to really get me what I needed in the price range, I wanted, as she has a great knowledge of all the resorts. They both made me feel so welcome and really listened to me, not pushy just helpful. The other two ladies that were in branch were also lovely. Very nice atmosphere, you can tell their a great team!!!!
