Waste of money if you need customer service

I have an RO system that is now putting waste water into my holding tank. I was told tds creep repeatedly by someone giving a generic answer for a legit problem. After I asked him why he didn't want to help and asked to be transferred. He said he was the only one I could talk to and now doesn't respond. None of them do. Maybe he is the only one. Which would explain why he was so bad at his job.

*Someone returned my phone call after the reviews started going up. Nice guy, gave me a few things to try. Doesn't change my review though.
