I had an accident 1 month ago and the insurance is not taking my claim seriously. I'm a full time taxi driver and it has been 1month that I didn't worked at all. My car is at the garage for the past 1 month and they have sent the repairs estimate to the insurance company. But they are not answering. I have family to feed and I'm the breadwinner of my family. I called them 4 to 5 time in a week, they are very rude and not talking properly. Every time I call they said they don't know how long it gonna take for the validation. THEY ARE NOT AUTHORISING. THIS INSURANCE IS TOTALLY SCAM!!!. I'm hopeless, I have no money to pay my bills and feed my family. They said they will call me back and they never called back. I always paid the insurance on time and this is what I am receiving. My insurance policy is fully comprehensive and it's £3000 plus. NEVER GO FOR THIS INSURANCE COMPANY. NO ONE IS HELPING AT ALL. They are just delaying but they don't understand how serious is for me to work. I asked them to give me a date for authorisation but they said they don't know. THEN WHO WILL KNOW ?

I placed a non fault claim over 3 weeks ago over the phone . Sent pictures/video etc that I was asked to do.I have NOT heard back. Claim was made on 21st April. I emailed again few days ago asking about the update. No response what so ever. Extremely disappointed!

No help and didn't really seem interested in helping at all, would not even give advice, just got told by them that they don't know what to do.

I honestly wouldn’t recommend Haven to anyone based on my experience. My vehicle was involved in a non-fault accident (I wasn’t even in the car at the time), and although the third-party admitted full responsibility, Havens handling of the claim has been extremely poor.
I accepted the total loss settlement weeks ago, but they still haven’t paid off the finance on the car — leaving me stuck making payments on a vehicle I no longer have. I also returned the hire car over two weeks ago, so I’ve been left without any transport ever since. I made every effort to get answers, chasing them by phone and email multiple times, but no proper replies or progress.
When I asked for support with my monthly premium due to financial hardship, they refused to help and told me they’d cancel my policy — which they then did, even though the delays are entirely on their end.
This is not how insurance should work. If you pay your premiums and do everything asked of you, the least you should expect is fair treatment, decent communication, and timely settlement. Sadly, Haven delivered none of that.

Terrible Customer Service – Avoid This Company
I’ve been waiting 10 months for an update on my insurance claim, and I still haven’t received any response. I’ve called and emailed multiple times — no one replies. The lack of communication is unacceptable and shows how little they care about their customers.
When I finally got through to someone, they asked a ridiculous two-minute question that had nothing to do with the actual issue, and then disappeared again. No follow-up, no explanation, nothing.
This company has the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. If you’re thinking of using them for insurance, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. They take your money and vanish when it’s time to fulfill their responsibility.

As you can all see, the response I received appears to be a generic, copy-and-paste message — not one that reflects the urgency or specifics of my situation.
I have already responded to the additional information request, and the necessary action has been taken on my part. Despite this, there has been no movement or meaningful update from Haven.
This lack of urgency and failure to progress the matter is incredibly frustrating, particularly when I’ve been clear, timely, and cooperative throughout.
I am now requesting a direct and actionable update — not another templated response — and a clear explanation for the continued delay.
