Scammers. I purchased what was advertised as a 128TB SSD drive. 3.5weeks later they sent a very cheaply made 2TB SSD.

I bought two quite expensive sun hats from this company, they looked nice on the website but in reality they were made and put together by shoddy materials and workmanship and not fit for purpose.
I was told to return them and I would be refunded. I had to spend a further £20 on posting them back to China. Hausof Mode say they never received the returns after 2 months but agreed to send me a partial refund out of goodwill!
So far I am out of pocket £60 ($80) and have nothing to show for it! Useless and very annoying experience

These people are thieves they take your money refuse to give shipping date or tracking DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF

Item arrived after 2 weeks,terrible quality and nothing like it was advertised. So am trying to make a return but not able to open up their contact form to register the return.
Who is responsible for overlooking these daam fraudsters and helping customers to get their money back.
Why are these fake businesses allowed to defraud people and get away with it.
People don't use this dodgy business..
Its all deliberate.
Should be arrested for fraud..

I bought 3 wall lights on line from Haus Mode not even realising it was shipping goods from China.
When the lights arrived they had to be ASSEMBLED and did not look anything like what I had ordered.
I immediately contacted them via email. I was then offered a discount of 25% to keep them which increased to 30% when I refused to accept this. There was a return address label on the parcel in London BUT I was informed to return them to Asia (China) at my own cost. And to think about the environment and accept their discount!
Angry, conned and infuriated I have just sent the parcel back using Royal Mail at a cost of £47.80.
This is a complete scam!!
Haus Mode looks like a trendy Habitat style web site. IT IS MIS SELLING CHEAP AND NASTY PRODUCTS IN DISGUISE.
I just hope my OPUS credit card company will help me get my money back.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
And BEWARE I think they are trading on other sites with different names too.

Blouse ordered in Medium arrived a tight Small. Poor quality. Not even going to try to return seeing the aggro and e xtra costs other purchasers have been thru. Wish I had researched earlier.

Awful service and poor quality items.I would not afford even 1 star to this company if I had a choice.
I ordered a man's cardigan but it arrived with 3 scags and did not look like the 1 we ordered, so I have tried to contact the company to return it many times to no avail. Their customer service is poor and seems emails are dealt with by many different people at their end and are not read through . All they are concerned about is trying to get me to give them a good review which I will not and buying more items which I definitely will not. The cardigan cost £50.00 which I can ill afford to lose but it seems I will.
My advice is DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

As with many other reviewers I am hugely dissapointed by both the quality of the garments, and uncut buttonholes which they claim is industry standard! Surely by now Trustpilot should introduce a no star score for companies of this level, who purport to be European and then insist returns have to go to China.

I wish I had read these comments before buying an absolutely rubbish pair of boots. Worse, they are the wrong size. They are marked as being a European shoe size of 43, whereas they are certainly 41. I sent Haus of Mode (HoM) a photograph showing my size 9 boots besides the boots they sent. They replied suggesting there was not a problem they could see! I am trying to return the boots without having to pay a return fee - in effect, they are asking me to pay more for their poor and incorrectly sized product.

Please, if you read this comment and most of the others, take heed and do not use Haus of Mode. They are a cheap and nasty rip off operation. They sell rubbish products and charge you if you want to return them.

Terrible company. I purchased some hearing Aids, had to pay £10 for delivery. They didn't fit so had to send them back, which cost me £19 postage. All in all I've paid nearly £70 for a £34 product! Sent back 5 weeks ago, still waiting for my refund. They give every excuse under the Sun, for not paying me!! Don't ever deal with this company!!

I would not give any stars if possible. Shabby badly made shoes. Very difficult to return as I kept being offered alternatives to returning them, such as 30% off next order. They aren't free returns so not worth paying a lot of money to return them. I wouldn't touch Haus Mode with a bargepole.

I made a mistake by not reading the reviews for the shop. I ordered some orthopaedic slippers, but what arrived was absolutely awful!!!! On top of that, they took three weeks to arrive from China!!!!!!! They won’t give me a returns form!!! It’s a scam!!!

Completely ripped off!

Purchsed a highland cow head wall sculpture, which is portrayed on the website as a beautiful, hand crafted strw-like item of generous dimensions.
What arrived was more akin to something Temu would be ashamed to give away. Less than half the size claimed, and moulded cheap plastic tat.
Returns policy non-existent. All emails to them ignored. And yet still they spam me with emails of offers.

This site appears to be close to a scam. The difference in quality between the advertised photos and the actual product I received was beyond imagination. The item I received was essentially a piece of trash that only vaguely resembled the product shown on the website.

Furthermore, it arrived damaged, and despite requesting a refund, I have received no response.

I also strongly suspect that the images used on the website have been taken from other companies.

Although the company is based in China, it uses a German domain name to mislead customers into believing it is a German company.

Do not ever buy from this company they are a disgrace they do not send the advertised item but some absolute rubbish item and do not refund they should be closed down they also reply to your complaints in German and refuse free returns label when the item you ordered is not the item they send you and rubbish quality

I made an order for £77.95 on 28th April and received no email confirmation. I have sent them 2 messages on their website and am yet to receive a reply. I see from Google that a lot of other people have had problems.

Dont buy from this company the items are pure rubbish. Im not going to return because they dont refund

Do not use this website! The quality is terrible and they demand you pay the shipping costs of the return. Per the other reviews, they demand you ship tracked to mainland China- I accepted their 25% discount to cut my losses.

I checked Trustpilot before ordering but there is a company with a very similar name (and better reviews...) that I must have mistaken for this one; I clearly didn't check carefully enough!

I would strongly advise avoiding this company.

The website presents itself as a German business, however after purchase it became clear the goods are shipped from Asia. This was not made clear at the point of sale.

The boots I received were very poor quality and not as described. When I contacted them to return the item, they refused to provide a proper return solution and instead repeatedly offered partial refunds or vouchers.

They then stated I would need to pay return postage to Asia, which would be disproportionately expensive compared to the value of the item. This appears to be a tactic to discourage legitimate returns.

Under UK consumer law, faulty or misdescribed goods should be refunded in full and the seller should cover return costs. This was not honoured.
