bad service ! internet was down so we can not buy with cards only cash and the item on the internet page was 20 $ regular price and in the store 22$ and i did have only 21 $ missing 2 dollars they should close the store if they cant give service, it was the store in boulevard Sainte Anne quebec

Here is a Canadian-owned store that appears to be stepping up their game. When the Hart store in Cobourg first opened, it reminded me of a cheap discount retailer, but they have improved the way the store is laid out and the way it is merchandised. They have some really good bargains.

Racist comments.
I was in one of the stores the other day and I witnessed a young lady being mocked and belittled. The manager came out and also said something along the lines of “I need money from your kind of people”.
The young lady was a small business owner just inquiring about buying in bulk.
After all this the young lady decided to return the items she bought but the manager refused to give her a receipt. I am not sure why, but the young lady had to call the police. She video taped this horrible interaction so I hope she shares this experience as well.
It is really sad to see a large business like this displaying racism to customers.

Hard to get ahold of any customer rep for hart. I’ve been on hold multiple times for over a 1hr-2hrs straight. They need to fix this!!!!

If you order from this website, they will charge your credit card immediately (a legitimate business will not charge until it ships) and you will never receive your product. I was fooled because there are retail locations and I assumed the website was real. After 1 month I contacted customer service about it and the reply was: "Your order is being processed and we will get back to you soon. " it has now been 2 months. The product is not coming.

Order placed 6 weeks ago - was charged immediately to my credit card. I am attempting to cancel now as still not shipped. Unable to contact a real person at the 'customer service' number on their website.
