Direct replacement for my 20+ yr old casserole which was getting a bit scratched on the inside due to using inappropriate implements - now induction compatible which is great as I'm soon going to upgrade to th this. Great casserole for use both on the hob and in the oven

Stellar pans are amazing. Non stick surface is top quality.
Bought to replace a Stellar 3000 Casserole (now discontinued). I found the new product to be a much lighter pan with a much tinner base than my old one. Also the base inside is not fully flat as it has a slightly raise centre. I would have preferred having the lipped, glass lid of the 3000 and also the rubberised handles, in place of the metal ones on the newer model. This was the closest to what I could get to my old casserole whilst staying loyal to Stellar. Hopefully it will serve us well
