Whilst I am thrilled with my finished handbag, the overall experience was marred by the lady leading the workshop. Beatrice (Edinburgh), repeatedly referred to everyone as hun! (Short for honey?) but not in a particularly pleasant way. We were treated passive aggressively, and criticised when we didn’t use the handbag screws in the order Beatrice had laid them out. Such a shame as this could have been a very special experience.

I have just ordered a matching purse which I had made a mistake with the delivery address but a quick email to customer support and all was fixed really quick I couldn't be more happy with the products and costumer service

Be careful with Harris Tweed Scotland’s Super payment option. Unlike most cashback programs, the cashback they offer can only be spent in their store and not universally. This wasn’t mentioned when selecting the payment method. Also, payment requires a bank transfer instead of a credit/debit card, which means you lose Section 75 protection, and any rewards or cashback linked to your card are invalidated.

On top of this, their customer service is non-existent. I contacted them within 15 minutes after placing an order to fix a mistake, but they ignored me and still proceeded with the dispatch two days later.. Sure, go ahead and ignore this feedback too.

I received the item which was not in a good condition. This is my 1st and probably the last time shopping with them.

The bag came with a prominent scratch mark and a thread had already come off. The leather from sides has started peeling off too. I doubt it if they check throughly before dispatching the item. Poor customer service….!!! Be aware.
