Two good things about this company

Two good things about this company:
- the gin, the soap and the lip balm are all amazing. Whatever their 'ethno-botanist' does, their products are very distinctive and special.
- the people are also amazing. We turned up 3/4 hour late for our tour because of bicycle problems, and they turned our disaster into a special occasion. Many thanks to the two ladies (sorry, I don't know your names) who looked after us and showed us round, after refunding us for the tour because you had managed to fill our spaces. Thank you.
