I inherited a relationship with Harneys due to a merger of a BVI law firm with whom I previously did business. Harneys systematically destroyed any trust. They will constantly add/charge fees for various unquoted paperwork. The fees constantly went up year over year even with no changes in the corporation. At one point they asked we put our yacht at risk by mailing them original paperwork required to be on the vessel at all times. They insisted on this violation of maritime law and for over a year we hit a stalemate. As if this isn’t bad enough, their emails are rude in tone, full of bolded red text and highlights. The best way to describe my now ex-relationship with Harneys: Very painful.
