Worst quality socks I've ever had. Designs are fun and nice but every single pair I've had rip within a few wears. Price is an absolute joke for the quality.

The company is an exercise in frustration- 6 days after my order was placed and confirmed, it is complete radio silence as far as the promised shipping notification, absolutely no means to check the status of a yet-to-be-shipped order, as you can only inquire via the tracking number I never received, no way to speak to a human being either online, chatbox, or phone. My order is a Christmas gift and I would like to give my recipient a heads up about it, since they have no gifting option available, and I don’t even know if the recipient will be able to tell who sent the socks! The company has SO MUCH to learn about customer satisfaction! I will try to patiently await receipt of a shipping notice but feel it is a rarity these days to wait this long for a company to get a package out the door.
Update on day 8 after my order- Happy Socks was copied with my review and asked for me order number. I still have not received any notice of shipping on my order.
Update on day 9 since I placed my order- my order remains unshipped, and I have not been contacted by Happy Socks with any updates or questions- all I have is their confirmation that I placed the order 9 days ago. I hope this gift order can eventually be received by the recipient, who is the 83 year old nun that taight me how to play the guitar 57 years ago, thus changing my life!
Update Day 11: well, thanks for yesterday’s response, Happy Socks! I was finally given a tracking number yesterday but as of 4:30 pm today DHL has not yet received the package. At least I have your assurance that the gift will make it before Christmas.

Love the designs, but the quality is awful. I’ve had socks rip at the seams within the first 2 or 2 wears. They very easily get holes and wear out very quickly. I’ve had about 15 or 16 pairs and haven’t managed to get more than a few months out of them.Just very very poor quality, which is a real pity because their designs are great. Have had to ask people to stop giving them to me as presents.

Useless. Ordered two weeks ago and still not arrived. No way to speak to anyone directly in real time - you just have to send off a ticket and then wait to see if anyone bothers to come back. No way this place justifies the cost of its products, just avoid them.

Order a couple days ago and the order is still not processed (site says 1 day deliver to NL). The chat is a scam and you cant even cancel as they say they are supr busy.

Whilst the socks may look cool. And the company is unique. If you are looking for socks that you will where more than once this company is not any use.
The socks fancy looking decorations wear off in no time and they come apart.
You would expect a company that sells only socks would be decent quality... Sainsburys socks last way longer

Made an order of 4 pairs of socks but ordered one pair twice by mistake. Connected to live chat immediately and informed them and was told due to the large amount of orders they cannot amend the order as its being processed in the warehouse. I call BS. I've only just ordered them!
Returns are AT COST which makes a return cost prohibitive.
Lost a customer for life over 8 Euros.
No refund, no credit, not attempt to rectify the situation, just a heartless customer service operator that doesn't care.

Just received a £85 import tax charge - which is 30% of the value from Happy Socks. I will be refusing delivery and activating a return. However I have also seen the at Happy Socks penalises you for returning an item and shares you £50 admin fee!
They do say they ship from outside of the UK as a get out clause of responsibility however that is normal in a global commerce world and they do not explain about the import charges. Happy Socks seems unable to work as a global company and inflicts hidden and extortionate import costs onto their customers. Many companies manage to operate and sell globally but it seems Happy Socks is unable to and impacts their customers through import charges other companies don’t and then extortionate charges to return an item… and this seems to be heated to just those not in the EU. I suggest they stop trading in the UK to protect their brand experience or change their delivery and customer policy. Either way, if in the UK avoid buying direct from Happy Socks, it will cost you a fortune above the value of the product.

Delivery driver asked me to pay £86.25 for a package!! Driver didn't say what the order was so I refused it (too many con artists out there). I looked back at my recent orders and saw the confirmation email from Happy Socks that said a charge 'may' be due. That would make it over 35% of the order amount. I explained that I refused the delivery and wanted a refund. After a long, patronising exchange on chatbox, I was told I would get a refund less admin costs. I asked what the costs would be but they refused to tell me (surely that's not lawful) and told me to 'relax' (just rude!). I was polite throughout. Such a shame as I was a loyal customer but no more! I have escalated my complaint and waiting to hear back.

Happy socks didnt pay the required customs charges. They have a page on their website which says they only pay customs charges up to £145 but they really need to make this clear when ordering. I am now left with either the option of paying £65 in charges or losing £50 by returning the items. Totally ridiculous for a large company to operate like this. I am sure someone from the company will point me at a long terms and conditions page but let’s be honest: nobody reads these. They need a simple information panel at checkout showing customs charges that will be applied

I bought some Childs socks this weekend in London for my daughters birthday. They were blue with faces on them. She is 8 and the socks are 7-9. The foot hole is so narrow it took 2 adults to help get them on. By the time they were on, we were Totally covered in blue fluff. My daughter can’t put these socks on by herself despite being able to do her own socks since age 2. The material sheds very badly, I’m terrified to put them in the washing machine since everything will come out covered in blue fluff. What a total waste of £9.95. Massively overpriced for a poor quality and poorly sized product.

I contacted Happy Socks on 16 August as part of my order was not delivered. I had to contact them via the BOT as I don’t have social media. I received an automated response stating 1-2 days to get back to me. Six business days and no response. My son told me social media would probably be a better way to get a response but They are happy to send emails about their products and sales so this form of communication should be responded to as well.

Funny motives but the socks lasts three months at the most. Rubbish with a high price tag.

Im disappointed. I bought the low no show socks and they are rolling to the middle of my foot. I ordered because I got three pair with a fab fit box and loved them. These are size 5 1/2 -9 1/2. Shoe size is 8 1/2
Did I order wrong size?

Hi, I ordered socks a few weeks ago and have not arrived today.. I can't reach anyone, what now?

Reply from Happy Socks
The delivery has not arrived. I had no message indicating the status of products. When I use the tracker I get a message saying a delivery was unsuccessful three days ago and no information about how I can retrieve the products or plan another delivery. There is no phone contact to solve issues, just a chatbot.

It took much longer to receiv the order. No answer from support even after two mails. Sizes much bigger than normal. No return slip in the package. Must have a printer (we were on holidays with no printer at home). So bad experience and service. And we do love their socks. But NEVER order online. Worst service

According to DHL they delivered my order in my mailbox. If they delivered in my mailbox/door slot the package would be inside my house. They didn't deliver and now I can't get any help from Happy Socks. They started a chat with me an then just left me hanging. I'm no so happy with Happy Socks' lack of communication or way to reach them.
