stock control is not very good, lets you order an item but it goes out of stock

Excellent service and fast delivery, I don't eat any other yogurts

When I placed my order I knew I was getting a top quality product. It was well packed and delivered quickly.
The only problem was with their website which meant I was unable to place my order for a couple of days. I emailed my problem to them. They responded quickly and the problem was resolved.

Hansells Yoghurt Sachets are great! really easy to make, the process is straightforward by adding water, and the result is incredibly tasty. The creamy yoghurt is very delicious and goes nicely with my favourite fruits. Highly recommend them for a hassle-free homemade yoghurt experience.

new year, new healthy diet - i recently purchased some thick and creamy homemade yoghurt sachets, as well as yoghurt maker, to kick start my new years resolution of healthy eating. Making the yoghurt was good fun, nice and easy, and once thickened, lasts for a couple of weeks in the fridge, but normally eaten in a few days, when you read up on supermarket yoghurts, its scary how much sugar is in them, even the kids yoghurts, so i like the fact these are homemade, i know what is in them, and they're very healthy. Once you've made a few batches, you become a pro and can do the prep in a couple of mins. Greek style good option too!

The order was cancelled by Hansells and the money is due to be refunded. I emailed to ask for an explanation but initially I did not receive a reply, however upon submitting the original review I was contacted and advised that unfortunately they had run out of stock of the item ordered. The matter has now been resolved.

Hansells yogurt is tasty, lasts longer than other yogurts, good price and very easy to make. No worries at all. Delivery was very good. On time, packed good and again no worries at all. I always buy Hansells yogurt because it suits me really well.
