Never received my order and no reply from the company about a refund!

I never received my order! Please reach out to me via email!

Placed my order 15 days ago, still hasn’t received any information about my order.

Order placed 14 days ago. Not shipped. Customer service does not exist. Only automated emails saying they are busy reconstructing

I ordered 2 necklaces: One for my younger sister for her birthday and a matching one for myself. The normal cost for 1 was 2000DKK. When I received the package, Hanrej had only packed one necklace in it. I reached out to Hanrej (multiple times through various emails and contact forms on their site) explaining the situation, but they have never gotten back to me to this day (more than 2 and a half months after my emails) and I have now given up and simply lost the necklace and its worth.

Mistakes happen, but this is no way to run a business and treat customers. Cannot recommend.

Came in the wrong sizes and have tried contacting the sales team, I even tried through IG havent gotten replies from them to reimburse me so I can get the right size.

I ordered a t-shirt over a week ago and haven't heard anything since, only got an order confirmation but nothing seems to have been sent yet..

I have not received my purchase and they do not respond via website, e-mail or Instagram.

I ordered a bracelet for a birthday gift on Black Friday, but it was too big. After waiting almost 2 months for a replacement in a different size, which included numerous emails and receiving unwanted items as apologies, the new bracelet was too small. Despite requesting a refund two weeks ago due to ongoing issues, I still haven't received a return label. I've given up.

Been waiting for almost 10 days, (they said 1-4 working days) and I still haven’t heard anything from them. They send me an e-mail saying they were on the way, but i contacted GLS, saying they weren’t even handed over yet. My friends are also telling me that their delivery time is extremely bad, and took mor than a month. So if you wanna buy something from here, expect that they’ll arrive in a month or so, and that they lie about them being on their way, sadly, and they deleted my comments off their IG asking where it’s at. x

Ordered over one week ago and didn’t even get a shipping notification yet. Trying to contact the brand but no answer. I need my order before Christmas !

Amazing customer service! I ordered the wrong size bracelet and they have been really helpful in exchanging for a different size.

Items arrived carefully well packaged & on time, everything was beautiful & as described.
Don’t sleep on them
