Hot water restored .. very pleased

Part arrived a day earlier than predicted. Part fitted without issue and also resolved the issue I was facing with getting hot water at medium pressure. All round 😊

Great service from Hanicks

Great service from Hanicks. I initially thought the postage charge was a bit pricey but my thermostat arrived the next day by registered mail even though I didn’t choose that option. The wireless thermostat was well packaged and the info provided on how to pair it with the relay unit was the easiest video to follow ever! It has saved me the cost of calling out an electrician to fit a new relay. Bravo Hanicks- great product and great service!

Highly recommended, will certainly use them again

Very pleased with the purchase of a hanicks part for our boiler. The price was very competitive and free next day delivery was a bonus. The purchase came with free returns as an option - this wasn’t needed -but it was useful to know if the engineer decided the boiler had a different fault to that expected. Highly recommended and I will certainly use hanicks again when necessary.
