Beware, this is a fraudulent company!

I bought a heat exchanger advertised in Amazon as a Vaillant part. However I received instead a generic one. Naturally I returned the item, since it didn't matched the description on their page.

However, I got notice that my refund was declined, because according to them I din't return the original part! I should have read the reviews in Trustpilot about this company before buying anything from them, since it's evident from the reviews that this is the company normal behaviour.

Another rapid delivery of quality components for an Ideal boiler.
Have used Hanicks before and same fantastic service then also.
Will be using them again in the future.

Part was a replacement for an old boiler and was a good match. Delivered in good time, which was important as it was minus 6 and I had no heating. Would happily use again.

Ordering was easy. Delivery was fast and wow the installation was so easy. The you tube video instructions were so clear. I was able to pair the device to the original receiver making it super easy. I shocked my husband when I came downstairs a five minutes later saying all done!

Who ever is claiming to be "director" of this company is a very rude individual. Extremely unprofesional and aggressive. My sister tried contacting this company as she has recieved a defective item.. which should of been easily resolved. Instead my sister was met with such verbal abuse by a man who was shouting at her, being very sarcastic and laughing at her. Shes then tried to call again the next day to further sort the issue and mr "director" declined her call one after the other but then when she used her work phone with a different number he picked up first time.
The company is either run by a very childish man or is being let down by this childish man.. i assume all calls would of been recorded so i would recommed you collectively as a team go back and use those calls as future training on how not to speak to customers. !!!!!!! REPLY TO HANNICKS REPLY!!!!!!!! this 1 star review has nothing to do with the reason she contacted your company.. the 1 star is for the way she was treated by your company.. for the foul mouth director who went above and beyond to make my sister emotionally upset. Absolutely appalled at the customer service received when calling the tech support line for help as symbols weren’t showing on thermostat. I was left in tears by the first ‘gentleman’ I spoke to, I was then informed that the ‘director’ would call me back the following day, no call so I decided to try phone, all calls declined until I used another number to which they answered first time. The ‘director’ was not apologetic for his employee’s behaviour the previous day, nor was he helpful in anyway and was pretty much just RUDE. I am almost pretty sure that the call the previous day was in fact the ‘director’ anyway AVOID!

Excellent service and so easy to pair the new thermostat we ordered from hannicks. I am not anplunber or electrician but instructions were so easy to follow. Highly recommend them to anyone
