Chaotic service
I ordered a black Newgate clock in February, 2012. I waited over five weeks for the item to arrive. When it didn't arrive, I contacted the vendor, but received no reply. Luckily, I paid with Paypal and this makes it easy to dispute the transaction and get the money back. On my behalf, Paypal contacted the vendor - and this time they replied! However, they wrote about some items that we completely unrelated to my original order. I wrote to HandsandFace again to clarify my order and received no reply. I finally asked for my money back via PayPal and they decided in my favour. The website for HandsandFace might look nice, but don't be fooled. The service is chaotic at best. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere.
