Beautiful bed. Great mattress. Plenty of notice on delivery time and date. Disappointing they didn’t take the packaging away.

Bed and mattress was well packaged when arrived and both are good quality.
I got a message on the morning stating a delivery time and I also got another message from the delivery guy when he was about 30mins away. Overall very pleased thank you 😊

Beautiful bed. Exactly how it was pictured. Delivery went very smoothly with communication along the way. Gave me a 45 minute arrival time, so I could ensure someone was available to collect the delivery. Would definitely order again.

Ordered the Brooklyn Bed in King size with ottoman after seeing a family members order and I wasn’t disappointed!! The bed is huge, made extremely well and videos + instructions was shared, for the assembly of gas lift.

Delivery was made on the suggested date with a further text to advise how far away they were.

Extremely pleased and will be a returning customer.

I ordered two 4ft ottoman beds from this company with mattresses, they were delivered with only one mattress, I’ve asked for them to send me the mattress and they refused saying they would give me £60 back, I told them I can’t get a replacement mattress for that and they said £60 is cost value, I then said as I’ve paid I would like the mattress to be delivered, I said if not they can refund the one bed and collect it, they have now ignored me and blocked me. Avoid, avoid, avoid, scam company that doesn’t care that I’m now stuck without a mattress for a bed. Oh and full cost was £915

What an amazing company! Ordered my bed Friday and came today as advised. Bed is exactly as show as the picture and excellent quality! Deliver service was brilliant even message me to say they were only 30 minutes away. Wasn't sure how to put the bed together as had the gas lift? Messaged them and they sent me a video tutorial immediately! Excellent customer service throughout and would 100% recommend! Thanks again!

I ordered my daughter-in-law, a king-size bed, she could not get it up the stairs, tried to take the window out to get it in. Try to cut some of the ceiling down on the stairs. The man who we was in contact with was rude wouldn’t help. The only thing you said it bring a
Smaller headboard for £170 and take the king headboard back for free disgusting service

Do not buy from this company, ordered a bed and mattress, turned up without the mattress, tried to refuse order and ask for refund would not allow me to, SCAM company! Please do not order from these!

Awesome bed! Really happy with it. Communication wasn't the best so I've given 4 ⭐️ but delivery came when the company said it would come, I would definitely buy a bed off you again. I brought the "Lilly wing bed" it's lovely looks very expensive not cheap as some of the review pictures look... it does look better in person than on picture to be honest.. headboard is a little wobbly because I got the tallest one.. wondering how I can make it more stable 🤔 but yea,overall satisfied customer.. thanks again
