I wanted full central heating installed and electrical rewire in my house. Steve quoted for the work without visiting the property. We needed a full house renovation and also having a loft conversion created. I went out of my way to arrange meetings with the other builders so they could liaise properly about the order of things. Steve was unable to attend 4 pre arranged meetings. He did send a colleague to remove the water tank which was done well as far as I can tell. I was concerned by this so I decided to go with another heating engineer as assumed Steve was very busy. He invoiced me £260 for the removal of the water tank which took under 2 hours. He said the extra money was for all the equipment he had bought to undertake the works. This surprised me because he had not yet visited the house to measure anything. When the new heating engineer checked the type of boiler Steve was going to install he said you can pick them up for £250. I had been quoted to pay him £12,000 inc VAT for all the works.

Thanks to Steve from Hampshire Boilers! He has fixed my boiler within couple of days, whilst the insurer's contractor said its uneconomic to repair. Steve did a great job and price was really good as well.

Steve responded promptly to my email. He was happy to listen to my needs and quote me with various options. I had a new boiler fitted within days during the current Coronavirus crisis which as an NHS worker was vital and the NHS discount was much appreciated.
Friendly, professional, hard working and conscientious I would thoroughly recommend his company and will use him again to service my boiler.

Fabulous service came out to look at boiler within 2 days of enquiring ordered the new part then came back next day to fit

Excellent service. Steve was able to get to us very quickly which was great as we have a small daughter (not great to be without heating or hot water). He explained everything that needed doing and gave an idea of the costs. He then stayed in touch over the next few days to make sure all was ok and even popped straight back when another fault occurred. Couldn't recommend enough and will use again in future.

Booked a boiler service, Steve arranged a time convenient to me around school runs etc. Explained everything he was doing. Even went through the controls on the timer with me to ensure I understood all the different programmes. Very tidy & reliable. Added bonus of offering an NHS discount for all NHS staff.
