Having had problem after problem with our systems and customer service with this company it has been a massive relief to have finally been working with Anthony to rectify some of our issues.
He has made the process quick and easy and has been available to us whenever needed.
May I also add Anthony has fixed issues that have been ongoing for over a year that no one else has been able to rectify.

Terrible company
Terrible company. Avoid at all cost otherwise you risk a very expensive and disappointing service. So far we have paid hundreds of poundsp and they have still failed to provide any service at all. I am now looking to the courts to instruct they repay me for what they failed to provide. Some very dishonest people working in this company.!!!

I have tried to contact you in regards to your issues but without response.
You have stated that we haven't provided you with a service. However, after signing the contract with ourselves we couldn't set up your services initially due to not being able to contact you, as this service was sold as a self install. We actually tried to contact you 15 times to complete the install
I can see from our service notes that we offered you a refund of all payments made in January up to the value of £750.00. as well as providing a full site installation with our engineers at no additional costs.
I'm satisfied that we have tried our upmost to provide you the service that we promised.
Great Customer service - Anthony Baldwin
We've had cloud based phones for a year but never setup our mobile phones for the cloud phone calls. With the cover-19 situation we were forced to do this. Whilst we had a few technical issues setting it up, Anthony left no stone unturned in trying to get the issue fully completed.
He is easy to talk to and understand what we ask straight away. If we have several questions he answers them all not just the first one as some people in other companies do!
really pleased to deal with Anthony and if we do have any other issues I hope we can use Anthony help again....Thank you very much Anthony!!!

If you are lucky enough to get through to Jessica Bamping at Halo Connect then you will be guaranteed excellent service. Jessica is customer service at its best. Any queries we have had, she has dealt with in a timely, professional, personable way. Halo Connect have recruited a gem there! Setting up phones for remote working (COVID-19)
We have problems and delays now and then when dealing with Halo.
However, their services, once setup, work and specially now with COVID-19 when we are starting to work from home their services really work.
Anthony from support was excellent in sorting this out for us, just one call and now the entire office can work from home.

** Update **
I think you should go back and read up on all of this before you make a comment as I have raised a formal complaint with Sam. I have also asked to escalate this and I have been told that I can't go above Sam?!?! The first finance contract was agreed and I have never disputed this but why would we enter into a finance contract to have a voiceover on my line? I was told by Sam last week that there is no such thing as finance for an IVR and that is simply known as an add on. I am awaiting a callback from Sam directly this morning but in the meantime, whoever wrote this reply really should check the facts before steam rolling in with false information.
** Further Updates** 1 Star is too much!
Proceed with caution. This company will force you into a finance agreement even if you don't need it. They push you from pillar to post when they don't want to deal with you. Samuel Duckworth is the complaints manager but you cannot go above him. There is no way to escalate your complaint after Sam and they don't even care when you involve Ofcom. Be very very wary of false promises just to get you into a contract!
UPDATED Review:- Everything was fantastic until the contract had been finalised and ever since, the customer service has been appalling. As a result, I am now looking for an alternative provider. It seems that once you have given a 5* review you are no longer a priority.
After contemplating the switch for over 2 years we finally threw caution to the wind and jumped in with both feet!!
We have yet to be disappointed.
Danny set everything up for us and tailored the package to suit our requirements. Sam was our installation engineer. Nothing is too much trouble for him despite me pestering the life out of him!!
All-round excellent service and were looking forward to decreased telecom bills & working with Halo for the foreseeable future :-)

We are sorry that you feel you have been forced into an agreement that you did not need. However, in this case you have not only signed one agreement but you have signed two agreements. Each of these have legally binding order forms, legally binding finance contracts and two separate install documents which your company signed to say they were happy with the services installed.
We have listened to the requested calls and found no evidence of mis-selling or malpractice. Should you wish to cancel your agreements, you are more than welcome to do so and in this case your termination fees would be due.
In this case you have not raised a formal written complaint, should you wish to do so then please email Samuel.Duckworth@TheHaloTechGroup.com with a written breakdown of your issues and we shall happily investigate it further.
