Buyer beware. If you want ti return an item it has to be sent back to china. I will not be foolish enough to ever order from this company again.

Ordered a curly hair I-tip and it came 3 weeks later when on website says 5-7 business days, didn’t want to refund me for shipping, product sucked hair kept coming out and the texture was not soft and curly it was kinky and rough texture. Terrible supplier and communication with supplier sucks as well. DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM HERE! Picture was false advertisement!!!!

I used 2 times . product is very good and i had for 7 months without problems. They are bit slow but the pqckage arrives and it’s a great value for the price . So Patience..:.

My order turned up late, and in the wrong colour. I ordered 50gs worth of hair and it’s barely 20gs that was sent out. Avoid this company at all costs. Also read their return policy that should make your mind up for you!!!

Such great value for money. Fast responses and delivery. The wave extensions are exactly as advertised and I am really happy with my purchase a year on. Will definitely be purchasing from this company again.

I ordered 24 inches clip-in extensions in #60 white blonde and they need to be toned to match my white blonde hair. However, they are amazing!! So soft, sleek, and shiny! This is my very first set of clip-ins NOT from Amazon, although I love the hair I purchased from Amazon, Hairplusbase has officially converted me! The clips are so sturdy and comfortable, that I almost forgat I was wearing extensions! I look forward to purchasing more hair for this company in the future！

I’ve paid almost £300 for this shit plastic hair and they made me to return it and even funnier they didn’t pay back for refund! So i sent them back the plastic shit and never got my refund back!!!!

I didn't have a problem with communication, as I emailed them a few times before I ordered to ask a few questions about the hair. They replied promptly and were helpful in advising me. However, when my order arrived I was disappointed, the hair quality is quite good, but there are far too many shorter hairs in in it making it very thin on the bottom. I am a hairdresser and I know there will be some shorter hairs so I ordered 16in to allow cutting 3-4 inches off the bottom but in actual fact I would need to cut 6 inches minimum off to give it any thickness on the ends... so wasted my money. My advice would be order at least 6 inches longer than you need.

Horrible extensions, horrible customer service! Product does NOT match description or color AT ALL, and when the company finally responds, it’s way too difficult to return. DONT waste your money or time!!!!

These loc extensions are some of the softest ones I've felt/used before. The item length was true to what I ordered, and my loctician said the hair was excellent quality, I would order again. For reference, I ordered the 12" and bought the 100 locs and only used 80 (I have an average to small head).

I was expecting more glamour like curls but received hair in very tight waves which looked crimped like 80s hair.

I worried about some other review where customers did not get any hair. So I confirm I got hair and it’s average quality, close enough match to colour but the ‘curls’ are awful.

I wish I didn’t open it and tried to send it back. I tried to straighten it out a bit with a flat iron but it didn’t work.

Please people don’t buy anything in this company. The hair extensions is delivered from China, and the hair is a Nightmare!. Horribly and dry.

As a hairstylist, I would give my love to Hairplusbase. The quality of their invisible hair extensions is so great! The hair was not tangled at all even after I curled and washed them! Recommended!

Hair is not soft at all and the knots on the closure can’t bleach hair is very hard I got 4 burgundy bundles with closure

I have not had them installed yet, but from what I see, I like how they look and feel... I will be buying more Dreads from Hairplusbase.

I ordered a custom product and they provided nothing that I ordered. I ordered a color 30. They said in the order, we can do this colour (spelled this way) for you no problem. Afterwards, the color was totally different and they say it is close, the temperature changes the color so we cannot guarantee the color. The lace color was wrong, the wig style was wrong, it was not full lace, nothing I asked for in the custom amount was correct. Good thing I paid by paypal and I had everything documented because they lied about everything. I wish I checked this site before ordering

I was skeptical with the prices, but the hair dyed great, and feels good, thank you, I'm spreading the word, because I thought I was getting scammed the whole time, but it's super legitimate. You guys need to update your YouTube and Facebook, and get your name out there better because I did some deep searching on this brand and company and I barely found anything, so I'm just happy I didn't get scammed, the prices are even better than Amazon here, I don't think you'll find better for less or more honestly, after looking up multiple brands and company's, from the texture alone, this hair is as legitimate as the reviews of hair 2 to 3 times the price, also I really liked the packaging, everything was prompt and professional, I haven't put the locs in yet, I'm waiting for the rest of my hair to grow, but it's nearly identical to the natural locs I have already, so I can't wait to put them in. Once I do I'll give some updates on other sites, thanks again. I'd show pictures but I don't want yall stealing my idea for my dye design.

As a regular customer of Hairplusbase, I tried their feather extensions for the first time, the quality of the hair is still very good, and the interface is very small and comfortable after installation, I highly recommend the feather extensions

I bought a topper from this company. Do not waste your money. They are scammers. I tried to review the product on their website and my review was rejected several times. Once I gave them a 4 star review (with the same negative message) it went through but only to be "moderated". The topper was horrible. Very bad quality hair, impossible to dye. I honestly think it was actually synthetic, although it was supposed to be natural.

The item is not as described. The hair is low quality. I ordered wavy hair, but what I got is very curly hair with not flexibility. The seller claims that it's natural black hair, but this is clearly not true. The hair is very obviously dyed. I tried dyeing it myself, but it is already dyed so darkly that the dye wasn't able to show at all. I would have returned it immediately if they didn't also make the return process very difficult. Don't waste your money or time!!

Following on from my previous review.I returned this awful plastic yellow pony tail by registered post.It is being held in Chinese customs as they refuse to pay the return duty.Apparently I cannot be refunded by PayPal as they have not received the return!!!!A scam from start to finish.
