This place is trash. Sent me a broken product, would not pay for me to ship it back. Promised me reimbursement of the shipping costs, and now they won’t pay me. They did refund me the cost of the original product, but it took forever to get that accomplished. Do not buy from here, they’re a total scam

I bought batana oil but received a counterfeit product. Customer service does not respond at all. I had to pay and throw the product away.

Ordered on the 10th December still have not received my order this is a scam stay well away can’t get hold ov anyone from this company wen u ring this sevice is not available need my money back

Sells Chineese crapy copies. Kind to get my money back, but that's just because I complained (several emails) I guess. The most does not bother, and then these fake stores continues to make money and exist.

Mis-sold a product advertised as Turmeric shampoo, ingredient list shows there is no turmeric in the product at all. Don't waste your time or money on anything from this company as customer service will have you going in circles. It had said delivery was from England, but delivery was from China, Haircare Megastore is just the front they use, it is actually Fruggo. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, product going straight in the bin !

I have not received my order or any tracking and cannot get to any person or method of chasing my order down. The order shows as being delivered with an unknown signature.

Do not use this company. They mailed me the wrong product and there is zero assistance in returning and getting the correct product. I regret ever ordering from them.

Bought some Moroccan oil-fake product. Bottle seemed to be filled with a runny non scented oil. Definitely not Moroccan oil. Tried to contact customer services but guess what?? page not found….

The sold me a straightener with pictures of the branded product that comes with glove and clips -- I got a fake one without accessories. Suddenly the product is not available on their website either.

Total scam. I want my money back.

Please do not buy any product from this website. They have mentioned the delivery date as July 01 ¬14 but they have not mentioned year. I have been waiting from nearly a month for this order thinking the delivery year to be 2022. There is no way to contact the customer care. Overall pathetic experience.

This site is a nightmare mare. They made.me to wait 5 months for my item. Each time I contacted them they said it been dispatched.......
In the end I contacted PayPal to get my money back. Haircare Megastore was bother to give me my item or the refund back.

I thought I was buying a GENUINE product from this website, but it in fact was FAKE. They used the exact same photo as the product I wanted (a picture of the REAL product) the name of the item was even the exact same. I purchased the item and a few minutes later I decided to re-check. When I checked I looked at the product description quickly and it said the item was UNBRANDED.. When I reached out to the seller expressing my frustration, saying I was upset that the photo had completely deceived me as I thought it was the genuine item as the seller had used the exact item photo and description of the REAL genuine product, they replied with 'There is no problem with you wanting a refund, but this is a bit much, please do not hurt people'
You charge me MORE THAN TRIPLE the price for a FAKE ITEM (I can get this exact fake item on ebay or ali express for $6-$8!!!!!) USING THE GENUINE PRODUCTS PHOTO AND DESCRIPTION and I am being told not to HURT PEOPLE..... You literally tried to scam me an extra $28-$30 by making the product "seem" real.. I am the one who was HURT in this situation!!!!!!! If i wanted a fake product why would i pay $37 for it if i could pay $6-8!! I am lucky and surprised i was even refunded my money back, what an absolute scam!!!! Do not every purchase from this site, a bunch of scam artists and liars!!!

Scam for sure products never come , copy and pasted response !!! Do not order !!

The store sends its items from china but writes that the items will be delivered in 2-3 days.
