Overall Good, better than other hosting companies.
Before you read this, quick heads up.. I am a perfectionist so don't judge.
So I signed up for a hosting plan after getting word from some of my friends who use HailHost to host their websites and blogs. Everything is as advertised on the website, SSD, storage blah blah.. and all was well. Until I had a small question and contacted support. They took exactly 42 minutes to reply, and there I sat for 42 minutes staring at my computer screen waiting for an email from them which took full 42 minutes. If not for this delay, I would have given 5 stars. Anyway, as the title says... Overall Good and I am happy with the service.
