There is a leak at the welding jonction copper of the inside unit on haier 6,8kw, there is no spring on copper, this is a poor quality product. Don t buy haier. Fuite sur soudure de mauvaise qualité unité intérieure PAC Haier 6,8 kw aucun ressort de courbure monté en extérieur du tuyau. Courbé avec cintreuse PE 11 mm. Évitez ce modèle Haier.

If I could give this under 1 star I would. My landlord bought this oven from Ikea and I've been unable to cook anything on it for 3 months. It burns everything or doesn't cook at all. Quite a number of times I've turned the oven on only to find it still cold after 30 minutes.

Produit conforme, service clients deplorable

Do not touch Combi or Main Ovens. Rubbish quality never worked properly since purchasing. Had 2 replacements - one of each oven type and these are constantly breaking down. Service is shocking aswell throughout. DIY Engineers don't show up then when we called the customer service people they said they've handed over to another company (never bothered to tell us). Called other company who have now advised that they can't Come out for 5 weeks. Shocking Company with rubbish cheap Chinese components in expensive appliances.

I am beyond frustrated with Haier’s appalling service regarding my order #4640000900009417. I ordered a washing machine on October 3, 2024, and it's been nearly a month with no sign of it! I cannot believe the level of disregard shown to customers.

I have reached out multiple times, even involving CChezVous, yet still no answers or updates. The complete lack of communication is unacceptable. It’s as if Haier couldn’t care less about fulfilling orders or respecting their customers.

Haier, I demand this issue be resolved immediately with a confirmed delivery date. If I don't receive the washing machine by next week, I’ll be forced to escalate this matter further. This experience has been a complete nightmare, and I would not recommend Haier to anyone!

This is the worst product I’ve ever purchased. It was an extremely bad experience—poor quality, terrible service, and an awful product overall. Unbelievable!

Bought my freezer 3 weeks ago but due to renovations only plugged it in yesterday, after 1 hr there was a crash, I opened the door and the safety glass shelf had shattered. I rang this morning and was told I was out of the 15 day !!!! and would have to buy a new shelf myself the warranty is only for breakdowns…..absolutely absurd it was the first time it had been plugged in and clearly a faulty piece of glass shelf. Avoid this company

Scummy company. Takes down an open source project that was made for home assistant. The project was completely legal, but due to the project being open source, they didn't really have money for a legal battle. This is absolutely unacceptable from a company like Haier. Avoid at all costs.

Recently took delivery of two automatic ovens for our local church (installed with new kitchen).
It only comes with single shelf and drip tray in each oven - we’ve already had to buy two shelves from Haier and will probably buy a grill plan. We were amazed that neither came with the ovens. I raised it with Customer Services (the kitchen company said it’s a regular complaint from customers) but no resolution. I did try initially to use their online form to complain but gave up as if kept asking for a 20digit serial number but there is no 20digit number on oven labels!
I also think the user manual is pretty useless as it doesn’t spell out the basics on operation of the automatic oven - my wife and I gave up and figured out basics by trial and error!

I bought my Haier - HW-100-B14876N
In January 2022 from Costco within a year of having it it now gives off this really loud noise. We bought it for it supposed low noise volume however now it’s like having a helicopter in my kitchen every time it’s on spin!
They came to inspect the machine today and told me that the motor and the drum needed to be changed. However I don’t understand why they can’t give me a new machine when this one has already shown poor quality after less than 12 months. It is very upsetting to have a big household and no reliable machine!
I wouldn’t at this point ever but a machine from Haier!

Don't buy from this company they don't care about after service and never reply.
My fridge/freezer has been broken since August and got in touch with domestic general who sent a guy from a local firm in swansea to repair it he said he needed a part to fix the problem so since August I have had 5 dates for the part but it has never been sent. I have done trustpilot reviews on HAIER APPLIANCES. COM, HAIER-EUROPE.COM, HAIER.COM with no luck I have tried email, Facebook and text still nothing they told me to email TrustpilotHoovercandy.com still no reply so don't get taken in when you see them reply THEY DONT.
The part I need is product number SPHA01227699 Schermo Disply I have asked them to send it to my address or the address of the company doing the repair (but nothing) I asked if they could send someone (nothing) I said they can have my telephone number to sort this out (nothing).
If you do buy from this company after a review like this then when things go wrong at least I can say I tried to help people.
I have given 1 🌟 on all my reviews on the other trustpilot sites for HAIER.
I have 4 reviews I will update each day until this is solved/repaired.
So HAIER could end up with a record on trustpilot for the longest review ever. They will NOT be deleted or taken down until this is resolved.

I have been trying to contact customer service but no one is responding. I did email the customer service but on one has got back to me. Very disappointing.

I don't think it's possible to get through to Haier customer services.
This tells me they are not intrested in the customer.
The customer service help line is a premium number.
I tried ringing the free number to activate my warranty,but got cut off twice.
I also tried to use live chat..that doesn't work either.
Rather worrying that these big companies don't care about customer service.

I got standard exchange from Haier France after having sent them a claim and a tough dialogue. So, I raised the score a bit.

The washing machine HW120-B14686-F has a recurring failure of bearings and front seal, 2 times at 3
months intervals and it has been returned with major new defects (stainless steel drum hammered !,
leakage, scratches) after the first intervention.
I now request a standard exchange by Haier France to override any design defect in my model No.
